Certified Builds
Some settings are policy-managed when a Governance license honors the Policies hive; writes are blocked for those keys. Without Governance, Policies values are ignored. Community installs are not subject to HKLM policy locks.

access_token) are masked in display output.access_tokenis for Certified Builds commercial licensing, not Community.
